Rafael García Aceves

Rafael is Portfolio Manager at the JLI Center for Global Health Diplomacy, at the Joep Lange Institute, based in Geneva, Switzerland. Rafael is a policy and political engagement professional with over 10 years of experience in research, communications, and strategy. Rafael designs and leads initiatives that inform and influence regulation, public policy, and budgets, which are currently focused on governance, development financing, and global health. Rafael is a Chevening Scholar and London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) graduate with a cross-sectoral background and a strong track record of working across governments, international organisations, and civil society.
