Tabitha Ha (She / Her) is STOPAIDS’ Advocacy Co-Director, with particular oversight of STOPAIDS’ global-level advocacy, policy and campaigns work and is based in Manchester, UK. She leads management of the Digital Health and Right Project Consortium’s Advocacy work around emerging digital technologies, AI and human rights, especially in health, and is also a Steering Committee member for the project. She also supports the work of the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, as a member of the Developed Country NGO Board Delegation. Her background is in national and global health policy, advocacy and coalition-building. She was previously a Strategic Adviser to the Strategy Committee Leadership of the Global Fund’s Board, and before that worked at Oxfam and Restless Development, including as the Youth Stop AIDS Coordinator.
