Katy Kydd Wright is the Director of the Global Fund Advocates Network (GFAN); Katy first came to GFAN in 2012 after close to a decade working for Canadian Parliamentarians and several years working in TB, education and anti-poverty policy and advocacy organizations.

Katy’s work at GFAN has been to build a global network of and for advocates and facilitate a platform for information sharing, elevating and centreing expertise from communities and civil society and advocating for a world in which all people can access quality health care and services to prevent and treat HIV, tuberculosis and malaria and for the attainment of health, human rights and sustainable development.

Katy lives in Ottawa, Canada and has been a member of the Developed Country NGO Delegation to the Global Fund Board since 2015.
