Dominique Guinot

Dominique Guinot is an independent consultant and public health professional with over 18 years’ experience in global health. She spent a decade with Catholic Relief Services (CRS), where she led the organization’s partnership with the Global Fund and managed a $700 million grant portfolio (in Cycle 6 and 7), including Principal Recipient grants in eight countries. Previously, she worked as Technical Advisor for CRS in West Africa, supporting several Global Fund grants. She also spent seven years as a Local Fund Agent with the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute, covering several countries of West Africa. Trained in public health and business administration, she has expertise in malaria and health systems strengthening and served as a full member of the Developed Country NGO Delegation to the Global Fund Board from 2021 to 2024.
